Flexible working is taking off nicely

A new report by the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) has stated that the majority of UK employers are providing their workers with options for flexible working, despite Government scepticism on the issue.

It's good news for those of us who don't do a 9-5 - at last the bosses are happier about flexitime.

The BCC's research found that 89 per cent of the businesses surveyed were providing their employees with some form of flexible working, with 71 per cent reporting that the measures had resulted in a better relationship with their staff.
